Advices from Budapest state that a counter-revolutionary outbreak beciwrsd 111 which some officers seized a Dumi'bo' monitor, while others occupied tho artillery barracks. The monitor three times shelled the Soviet building. Thftout- • break was suppressed, and the leaders , arrested.—Reuter.
