RELIGIOUS SOCIETY OF FRIENDS
• The general meeting of tho Religious Society of Friends was continued in the Friends' Hostel yesterday. Tho report of the Education Committee was before the meeting in tho morning, and the committeo were encouraged to look out for and purchase o suitable site for tho future Friends' school for New Zealand. At the ovening meeting the work of tho Frionds' Foreign Missionary Association was boforo the meeting, and it was decided vo join with the Australian general meeting in supporting a missionary and his wife' in Ciiina.
