v WELLINGTON V. CHKISTCHURCH. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurclr, June 19. The match for the Tuson Cup between teams of eight from .Christchurch and Wellington was played on Shirley links to-day after a five years' interval, owing to-the war, In the four-bull match all the games were won 'by Christchurch. The following are the results:—H. B. Lu«k and B. B. Wood (Christchurch) beat A. Duncan and J. B. M'Ewen (Wellington); W. A. Humphreys and E, M'Farlane (Christchurch) beat K. Duncan and R. W. Kirkby (Wellington); J. A. Gow and C. R. J. -Ward (Christchurch) beat P. Blundell and E. W. Cardale (Wellington) ; S. K. Sleigh and W. B. Purchas (Christchurch) beat G. George and J. Kiely (Wellington). The singles resulted as under, Wellington names being given first:—A. Duncan halved with 11. B. Lu?k, M'Ewen lost to B. B. Wood, K. Duncan lost to W. A. Humphreys, Kirkby lost to B. M'Farlane, Blundell beat J. A. Gow, Cardalo'lost to C. B. J. Ward, George lost to S. K. .Sleigh, Kioly halved with W , . B. Purchas. Totals: Wellington 2 games, Christchurch--10 games.
