KOLCHAK APPROACHED BY KAISER'S AGENT. (Reo. June 23, 0.5 a.m.) London, June 22. A Bolshevik wireless message states that tho Kaiser's agents at Odessa in February sent Ziiiger, a former chief of the German Secret Service, to Admiral Kolchak, proposing that the latter should co-operate in overthrowing the Soviets, and then restoring the monarchies in Germany and Russia.—Aus.-N.Z.
