LEGHORN CLUB
(Special Keoorter.) Paimerston North, June 19. The annual meeting of tho New Zealand Leghorn Club (North Island) was held this morning. , The following officers !were elected:— President, Mr. "John Jan-is. (Paimerston North); vice-presidents, Messrs. J. It. Cunningham (Taihape), H. •E. Cudby (Waitara), J. Nixon (Auckland), Rev. W. F. Stent (Taihape), D. Stewart (Normanby), W. E. Mathie, (Otaki); lion, treasurer and secretary, J. Cunninghame (Paimerston North); council, Messrs. T. Bruce, W. H. B. Cowburn. and C. P. Robert, all of Paimerston North; auditor. Mr W. T. Penny. The following motion was carried:— "That it be a recommendation to the Poultry Specialists' Club that a combined show be held in Palmenlon North next winter."
