MINESWEEPERS ARRIVE

THREE NEW BOATS. There arrived at Wellington yesterdvy afternoon the three Admiralty minesweepers—the Mallow, Geranium, and Marguerite. The boats, which left Sydney last week-end, appear .to be very similar to vessels of the Challenger class, their three funnels standing out conspicuously. Tim' Port Health Officer visited the sweepers, and on arrival bade reported two cases of sickness, one bem* a suspicious case of. influenza. Operations arG to be commenced as soon as possible tu locate any of the German mines that may have escaped the Nora Niven and .Himplon, which have till recently, carried out the sweepiag operations.
