Prime heavy bullocks, J320 to .£23 155.; medium, .£lO 10s. to .£l9; light, .£l3 to .£ls; prime cows and heifers, MS 10s. to .618 10s. j medium, i! 10 10s, to £\2 10s.; light and aged, £& t0..«9 15s. Fat Sheep—A fait yarding of 2287 came forward, ■principally medium and light-weights.. Owing to more freezing space being available export buyers operated more freoly at increased limits. Prices showed an advance of Is. to 25., a.nd the market goner, ally was firmer. Prime heavy wothcre, 455. to 515.; medium, 365. to its..; light, SOs. to 353.; prime ewes, 355. to ite.; medium, 28s. to 325.; lighter, 235. to 27b. Lambs (1G53 penned).—Tho quality on the whole was better than for several weeks, a number of pens being really good. Export buyers operated freely at an advance of 2s, fx> 2s. Gd., and for etores graziers offered more than has been given for some time. Prime, 325. Cd. to 3ft3.; medium, 265. to 285.; light, 20s. to 253.'; stores, from 13s. There was a particularly, good entry of fat pigs, for which competition was keen. The prices ruling last week were vory easily maintained. There was a. small offering of 1 stores, and prices were firm.
