The quantity of meat in store (the equivalent of Will)..carcasses) at June 7 was 6,025,308, of which 4,599,075 : were stored in tho North Inland and 2,326,231 in the South Island. Tho total shipment of meat to dute has been 2,491,951 quarters beef, 8,848,591 carcasses mutton, and 10.550,149 carcasses lnm'b.
