Soldiers' fiancees: Ist class, «£o(; 2nd class, 439; 3rd class, two-berth 415, fourberth 413. , , , , , Nominated civilians: Ist class, «£<o; 2nd class, 452; 3rd class, two-berth 428, fourberth 42G. . Tho Ist and 2nd class rates for soldiers' wives apply only to officers and non-com-missioned officers holding the rank or sergeant or higher.
