■ IDEAL FARM FOB SALE. , Messrs. Dwan Bros., Willis Street, Wellington, announce that thoy have an ideal farm of 315 acres, within three miles of Levin townsinp, for private sale. The land is all flat, and is -described as the best fattening country in New Zealand. It is now carrying 300 head of bullocks, and will carry one dairy cow to «the acre. . A. creamery is close to tho block, the selling price of which is XGO per acre—on easy terms. Messrs Dwan Bros, say that this is absolutely the finest and cheapest block in this district—famed as "The Garden of New Zealand" for its mild climate, and also for its excellent railway service. 'Land close to the block sold last week at .£B2 per acrb. Land about Otaki, with the same kind of soil, •is readily selling at .£IOO per acre. The block is probably too large for most people, and the owner would subdivide, or three or four returned -soldiers could take it up and milk on It. The owner, 'who is leaving New Zealand, would leave a large sum on tho agents' approval ot the' buyers on second mortgage, if tho purchasers obtain first mortgage advanco to soldiers from tho Government. Messrs. Dwan Bros, (solo agents) should bo seen at once, as tho block is sure, to sell quickly. Delay is dangerous; the land may go any day. Advt.
