DEATH IN A BATE-HOUSE.

Whangarei, June 14. .A returned soldier named Delhunty, who was under treatment at the Kamo Sanatorium, went into the "Champagne' mineral bath (notwithstanding orders to the contrary), last evening, aud was subsequently found dead on the floor of the bathhouse. He had previously been suffering from.' disturbed action of the heart. An inquest and a ujilittiry inquiry. will be held. AN INQUEST ADJOURNED. Wanganui, June 14. An inquest was opened this morning < u the body of a fully-developed male child which was found in a drawer yesterday at the maids' quarters at the public hfcspital. The mother of the child was a domestic employee in the institution. She was unattended at confinement, and is'now under niedical treatment, llie inquest was adjourned until she is St tol'ive evidence.
RETURNED SOLDIER'S DEATH.
Dunedin, Juno 14. John Henry Wilfred Incilroy, aged 22, a returned soldier, was found dead on the steps leading to his home in Dunedin Street. Ho left with the Third when 18, and was woundad. "Ho returned in December Inst, and was two weeks in hospital suffering from valvular disease of the heart and hint;. He had sinco been an out-patient of the hospital, and yesterday complained of' feeling unwell. The body was found last night at 7.30 o'clockr It is thought that Incilroy was overcome with weaknres after climbing a large number of
