Vancouver, July 13. The Winnipeg strike has spread throughout Western Canada, and the telephones and railways are dislocated. The Makura's cargo of meat, now in Vancouver, cannot be unloaded, as the crew refuses to allow volunteer strikebreakers to work.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable A<sn.
