Eui-sell states that the Government intends to allow the Moeraki to bring 250 New Zealandevs to WellingPreference will be M«n io returned soldiers and muniti'm workers, and then to urgent and necessitous cases of women and children, and other civilians. He hoped the numbers would be increased in the following steamers. Other people who desired to come to New Zealand for business reasons, eaid Mi. Russell, would have to remain in Australia until the \/hole of ihe stranded New Zeala riders, had been returned.
