LYALL BAY OWL CLUB
The annual mooting of the Lyall Bay Owl Club was held at tlia Tower, Lyall Bay, on Wednesday evening. There woe a large attendance of mombers. The report and balance-sheet wero adopted. After the business of the meeting had been dealt with the election, of officebearers for the ensuing year took place. The following were elected:—President, Mr. A. B. Clator; vice-presidents, Messrs. T. E. K. Burgess, G. A. Stone, A. Raven, A. W. Moran, sen., and Captain King; grand owl, Mr. W. F. Ponder; deputygrand owl, Sir. R W. Si mm ens; committee, Messrs. F. H. Swan, P. AY. Boyd, P. C. Palethorp, J. G. Gilbert, and 11. J. Simpson; scribe owl, Mr. P. G.' Eassoii; auditors, Messrs. J. Rfcid and J. Pelrs. •
