FORMALLY PROCLAIMED FEARS FOR GERMAN UNITY By TelesraDh—Press AsEoclatloD-Qosyright Paris, June 2. The Rhineland Republic was proclaimed on Sunday, with Dr. Borden as President. The provisional capital, is at Wiesbaden. The proclamation has agitated Berlin with fears for German unity.
