The an count was as follows:—Expenditure: Acquisition of properties—Willis Street, <£116,246 16s. 2d.; Newtown, ,£63,535 17s. 3d.; Molesworth and Aitken Streets, =025,525 its. 5d.; Elizabeth Street, <£7035. miscellaneous (alterations to proper tit* legal and valuation, compensation, 6iin. dries, i27,2-M. 2s. 7d.j total, os. sd. .
