Present indications are for moderate to stronsr south-westerly winds, veering to increasing northerlies, especially in and southward of Cook Strait, feather milder, fair to cloudy generally, and rain probable on the' West Coaßt and southern districts. Barometer unsteady, falling soon in the south. Decreasing southerly winds have teen reported, with fair to cloudy weather and rain on the West Coast and southern districts.
