IN RESPECT TO SECURITIES. His Honour the Chief Justice (SU Robert Stout) had before him in the Su- • preme Court yesterday afternoon tin originating summons, the parties being Kathleen Bailey, wife of Albert Bailey, and William iiicksou. Mr. H. E. Evans appeared for Mm. ,_ Bailey, and Mr. A. W. Blair for Hickeon. ."•.'■ The action was the outcome of anorder under the Destitute Pesrons Act \ brought by Mrs. Bailey against her husband. As the result of this « charging order was registered against. Bailey'a lnnd without the knowledge of Hickson, who had a registered security over Bailey's property. The question submitted to the Court for decision was what priorities, if any, either party had with regard to their respective securities. After hearing, argument His Honour reserved Ins decision.
