As the result of this « charging order was registered against. Bailey'a lnnd without the knowledge of Hickson, who had a registered security over Bailey's property. The question submitted to the Court for decision was what priorities, if any, either party had with regard to their respective securities. After hearing, argument His Honour reserved Ins decision.
