9 ~" GREEN ISLAND MINERS RESUMING WORK. By Telegraph—l'rcss Association Dunedin, June-10. Another conference was . held to-day between representatives of the Green Island miners and employers. As the result of a discussion matters regarding which the men desired further information were 1 satisfactorily adjusted. Amended proposals were submitted to a meeting of the union to-night, and were accepted, with the result that the strike is now over. Work is to be resumed in the. myies on Thursday morning.
