Mr. Stout, S.M., this morning, on a technical point, dismissed the case against the Millerton Minors' Union regarding an Alleged unlawful strike. Tho Magistrate 6aid the cause of action set out in the statement of claim, and tho one to which the defendant union was called upon to plead, was not tho cause of action in support of which the plaintiff appeared and called evidence, nor was it tho one for which a penalty of .£2O is provided.
