IMPERIAL PREFERENCE
PROPOSALS WELCOMED BY MR. ' MASSEY. London, May 27 (delayed). The Empire Producers' Association gave a luncheon to Mr. W. F. Massey, who, in tho course of a speech, said ho welcomed tho Government's preference proposals. As an affirmation of a great principle they were ft small beginning, which ho did not doubt would be steadily extended. Preference 'would benefit Britain as much as tho Dominions.— AU6.-N.Z.
