They would have to come to a standing agreement to sell the produce' of tho Dominion at a certain price in London, and if the triist'brought its prices down they would havo to beat it on its own ground. A suggestion on these lines had come from England. He was not yet prepared to disclose the exact terms, but he was calling the leading producers together to discuss matters bearing on the welfare of the people of this country.
