FLAXMILL WORKERS' WAGES
ARRANGEMENTS FOR A CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph-Special Correspondent.) Palmerston North, June i.. On account of some 6liglit unforeseen hitch having occurred, the representatives of the New Zealand Flaxniillers' Association and tlit> Mrmawatu Flaxmili Workers' Union respectively have so fai been unable to get together and discuss the proposed new agreement relating to wages, etc., for tho men engaged in the industry. It is confidently expected, however, that arrangements will be concluded this week by tvhich a conference will definitely take place on Monday next.
