Bacon to occupy troui year to year 1 rood in Block Xl.l, Kaitieko 5.1)., and to issue u nosh permit to Mrs. R. A Williams at hie same rental, viz., lOss. per annum.—Granted. Tlio Hoiwhenua County Council submitted that a scheme for the expenditure of "thirds," etc., accrued to tjiu council to March 31 last, amounting to 3s. 4d.
