THE SHIPPING EMBARGO
PASSENGER TJUF.FIC FROM A US- ; TB-ALIA PERMITTED. The following statement regarding the embargo on the intercolonial passenger service was made by the Minister of Public Health (the Hon. G. W. The. first to be allowed to come will ha soldiers and munition-workers, who, on their way back to the Dominion, have .Seen prevented from coming .because of the embargo; also specially nece?sito;id cases.- This will apply to steamers lca\« ing both Sydney and Melbourne."
