The Manchester Chamber of Commerce has protested to the Board of Trade against the heavy cable delays, It takes between twenty and thirty days to get replies from India and China, rendering for tho world's boxing championship tying the advantages of the abolition of trade restrictions.—Aus.-N.Z.
