SOCIALIST MISSION TO GERMANY
TO INVESTIGATE SITUATION. (Rec. May 29,' S p.m.) London, May 17 (delayed). A commission of the Berne Interna* tional Labour Congress has accepted the invitation from the German Majority Independent Socialists to send a deputation to Germany to investigate the situation and report to the Internationals. Mr. Arthur Henderson (England), St. AVibaut (Holland), M. Mistral (Franco), and M. Huysmaus (Belgium) will, constitute tho deputation. date of the visit will not be fixed till peace is signed.—Reuter.
