The Australian Press learns that tho concentration at Helsingfors is duo to tho Bolshevik' Navy preparing to leave Kronstadt, possibly to bombard Helsingfors. The idea that tho massing of the forces was for the purpose of attacking Potrograd is discredited, because Holsingfors is not a likely or a suitable starting point compared with Viborg.— Aus.-N.Z.
