.'. CONFERENCE OF INSTRUCTORS. The Hon. J. A. Hanan announced yesterday to a deputation that he had called a conference of instructors and lecturers' on agricultural education, to be' held ■in Wellington early in Juno, with the object of formulating n more definite, uniform, and progressive, svstem of education in respect to agriculture. The Minister said that he [realised the enormous importance to this ■; country' of that brancli of education, and it was time that they should take a forward 'step- in the matter. '
