TRAMWAYMEN'S GRIEVANCES
STOP-WORK MEETING AT AUCKLAND.

The tramway service was suspended for about two hours tliis afternoon while the Tramway Officers' Union waited oil tho general manager in connection with their grievances, it is understood that no satisfactory agreement was reached, and a meeting of the union will be held tq consider tlio position. The trams resumed running aftor tho business of the deputation had been concluded.
