In other cases the Relative values of work should bo settled by tho employees and trades unions. Married men should bo paid children's allowances where equal pay might otherwise lead to the employment \>l women instead ot men.

Other recommendations include improved hours and-conditions, better-sani-tation, minimum wage sufficient to c-n----able single women'over eighteen to possess decent lodgings, food, clothes, mm personal appearance;- also fares, insurance, reasonable holidays, and amusements. .
