It is proposed to erect offices and residences for tho delegates a large enclosure on tho outskirts of Geneva, on tho edgo of the lake. This will form an internatio.vil enclave. Tho construction of tho buildings cannot bo completed before 1921. Preparations are being made to improve communication with the world's capitals, including wireless and aeroplano services amf a tunnel through the Jura Mountains, shortening the journey from Gonovo to Paris to six hours.—Aue.-N.Z.
