FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT i P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are Sot Btrong easterly winds northward of Bast Cape and' Kawhia, and westerlies, backing by south to south-ea.sterlie3 elsewhere. Weather cloudy, cold, and changeable, with Tain following in many uarts of the country. Barometor further fall in the north, but rising shortly in the south. Atinoßpherio pressure has decreased, in the north, and fair to cloudy weather lias prevailed, but showery conditions are reported in Otago and Westland.
