The Australian Press Association learns that the Rumanians have advanced to the River Theise, on which they have a bridgehead "at Szolnok, fifty miles southeast of Budapest, Their adanco was facilitated by the extreme disorganisation and lack of "discipline of tho Hungarian Army, ■ of which only twenty-three thousand men are of any military value.— Aua.-N.Z.
