SUGGESTED AS FEEDERS TO MAIN LIKES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton, May IS. ' At a meeting of the Chamber of Commerce, Captain Bruce, who served as Engineer in Charge' of Light Railways with the New Zealand Division in Franco, gave- an address on light railways. These railways, he considered, were eminently editable for New Zealand, to serve as feeders to the main lines end in developing the back country. The meeting decided to send a cable message to Air. Massey, urging him to go thoroughly into the matter, and procure light lines from France to rse as an eiperilnent here.
