Guest, Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury, said it was impossible to prosecute (ho men wfio had joined Casement's "Irish Brigade" whilst they were prisoners in Germany, but. orders had been issued for their discharge N frora the Armv on tho ground of miscon-duct—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [The "Irish Brigade" was an organisation which Casement attempted, with small success, to organise among Irish prisoners of war in Germany in connection with the attempted revolution in Ireland, following which Casement was arrested and executed.!
