REIGN OF TERROR IN WEST AUSTRALIA
. A SENSATIONAL LETTER. Perth, May 12. A correspondent writing to the newspaper "West Australian" describes a reign of terror that had, ho 6ays, existed in Frowantlo for some months. He says revolution and violence were openly 'advocated, intimidation was rampant, money wa3 demanded from shopkeepers, and anonymous letters wero sent to public men threatening them with personal violence. He concludes by calling upon responsible citizens to put an end to the present reign of terror—Press Assn.
