Jlcßsrs. Dalgety and. Co., Ltd., report having hold their usual fortnightly sale at Taihapo on Wednesday, May 7, when a good yarding of both sheep and cattle tame to hand. There was a good attendance of buyers and most of (he lilies submitted were sold at priceß in favour of buyers. Ltd., reports:—On Tuesday last we hold a very successful sale at Carnarvon on account of Mr. E. (Durham, who has sold his property. There was a cood attendance of the public, and bidding being brisk, good prices were obtained in spito of the dry weather conditions. Quotations -.—Forward 4-tootli wethers, 30s. 2d.; 3-year ewes, running with Shropshire rams, 28s. There was a good attendance of the public, and all sheep yaraed changed hands under the hammer at satisfactory priceß, but cattle' were luira to quit at reduced prices.
