CHEMISTS' CONFERENCE
The'coiiferencc of members of tlic Now Zealand Pharmaceutical Society concluded yesterday. . It wiia decided to appoint Mr. J. S, Tiiißcy (Peilding) to act as central secretary for all divisions. , ~ 'J'ho following resolution was carried:— "That this conference assures the Minis-' ter of Public Health that in the event of a recrudescence of the recent epidemictlio pharmaceutical chemists. throughout the Dominion are desirous of co-operat-ing with' the Public Health Department in combating the-disease." . ',' It was also decided that the society do its utmost to discountenance the attend* njico of medical practitioners at. pharma'l'iie next conference of the society will be held at Napier. Messrs.' _ 'l'in"ey, and Jlolaon wore appointed to visit the various districts to further oriTiiiiise the divisions of the society. The conference closed with n hearty vo'fo of thanks to the president (Mr. 1. Castle).
