The ship will not be released from quarantine- , before Friday morning. It is deemed likely that the patient and contacts and convalescents 'will bo removed to Quail Island. Permission has been given to Defence officers, under certain restrictions, to board the vessel to-morrow to prepare-for the disembarkation of the troops. The district and nort health officers will confer in the morning as to what further steps shall be taken in regard to the outbreak of influenza on board.
