Dougall (Citizens' Association),' 5747 ; J. M'Combs, M.P. (Labour), 2306. The following were elected for the Christchurch City Council:—Central Ward: Nioholls, Harper, M'Kellar, J. 0. Jameson, Agau, Flesher (all Citizens' Association). Sydenham Ward: Burgoyne, Armstrong, Langley (all Labour), Peek (independent). Linwood: Hertert, Sullivan, Hunter (all Labour).
