LARGE NUMBER IN AUCKLAND,

Tho District Eoputrialjon Board has on its books a total of 123 men seeking work, and the Patriotic Association Employment Bureau a total of 152. A few of ihn same names may appear, on both twisters, but tlio number in need of work can safely be set down at from'2oo to 250. Unfortunately tho majority of .those"' out of work arc men vho by reason df their injuries cannot accept anything but light, employment. Some arc tradesmen, but they cannot return to I hoi i' did occupations on account of their disabilities, and others are mon who formerly followed unskilled occupations.
