ST. MICHAEL'S CHURCH, KELBURN
The parishioners of St. Michael and /ill Angels', Kelburn, met last night, tlio jtttendanco being very satisfactory. The parishioners' churchwarden, Mr. 11., E. Evans, read the report and bal-ance-sheet, which showed gratifying ■ results for the year's work, with greater attendances at all services, as -well as increased receipts. The church .building fund now amounts to .£1950, besides nearly' ,£l7O contributed by tlio Sunday School towards a Baptistery for tho new edificc. The vicar, in his address, epoko feelingly of the loss suffered by the church during the past year, making special rcferenco to the 'late Rev. G. P. ■ Davys mid the late Eev. 'Archdeacon Fancourt, anil commended to tho generosity of thoso present the fund being raised for a worthy memorial to the life and worlc of the latter. He also stressed the need for a new church, (lie present small room being frequently overcrowded. The Sunday School work also was much hampered foi want of space. Tho following officers were appointed: —Vicar's churchwarden, 31 r. G. N. Sturtevant; parishioners' churchwarden, Mr. IT. E. Evans; vestrymen, Messrs. E. M. Hiinnister, H. S. Barns, W Bray, l'\ G. Carter, Compton, G. W. Morgan, If.' Pankhurst.'W I'). Soulhwick, 'and E. E. Wright; auditor, Mr. G'. W. Janisch.
