SCATHING CRITICISM. fly Tolcjraoh—PrPE3 Association. Auckland, April 21. Scathing criticism of the Government in regard to tho repatriation of soldiers is contained in the annual report of the Auckland Returned Soldiers' Association, submitted at the annnal general meetingheld to-night. The report strongly condemns the setting up of a Ministerial board in connection with repatriation. It states that a Minister of Repatriation 6liould have been appointed, as divided control had never yet proved efficient. It also condemns the Government for wlmt it terms its criminal delay in setting up a Department.
