The following entries have been received:—First, Second, and Third Grades, IS teams; Fourth Grade, 11; Fifth Grade, 11; Sixth Grade, 10. In connection with the agreement in existence between the Hugby Union, the Hockey Association, and tlio Football Association, regarding the disqualification of players, the Kujfby Union forwarded a list of its members who had boon- disqualilied. It was decided to accept the list, with the exception of an alleged league ulayor. • ■ . Dissatisfaction was expressed at the action of the City Council in closing tho Basin .lieserve for ten weeks for tho purpose of preparing the ground. The position is that several members' of tho Petoue Club are in Government employ, and should they bocome casualties during a match they would continue to receive their wages, and would thus bo doprired of any benefits under the rules. The Petono Clulj refuses to subscribe to the accident fund on account of this rule, but the chairman pointed-out that the association had no power to deal with their objection, and that tlio club was obliged to pay. He suggested, however, that the easiest way out of the matter would be for the club to submit a notice of motion to rescind that portion, of the vulo which they object to. The ■ resignation of Mr. .T. Coleraan from tho Management Committee was accepted, and a special general meeting of the association is to be held on May 7 ti elect a substitute. ■

SPECIAL MEETING OF DELEGATES.

At a special nieethiß o£ delegates held prior to the Management Committeemeeting tho matter of altering the capitation fees was discussed. After some discussion it was decided to alter the entrance fees to the following scale of charges:—First Division, M is.; Second, £3 35., if only playing ono grade, otherwise .£2 25.; Third Division, X' 2 25., or .El'ls. if entering iv higher grnde team; Fourth Division, £\ Is.; Fifth, 55.; Sixth, nil. It was decided to ehargo. I lftli Grade teams ss. for each ball in future, thus discontinuing Ifie association's practice of giving a'kill gratis. A motion \rc-3 carried directing the Management Committee to strictly enforce tho rule which states that all clubs which have not paid their fees by July 1 shall cease to become members ol the' Central Association. • •It was deckled to inform the Johnsonvilio Club tlint it was not possible to arrange for Fourth Division boys to travel" to Kotonia by the 12.15 p.m. train on Saturday.
