Glover occupied the choir, and there was a large attendance of members. Certain offers had been made liy the employers for submission to the ynions of waterside workers. It is undeiHtood that the employers have offered an increase of twopence per hour. Arrangements were made for holding a secret ballot to determine whether the employers offer should be accented.
