NEW ENTENTE TRIPLE ALLIANCE. (Rec. April 21, 9.35 p.m.) New York, April 20. The "World's" Paris correspondent cables the extraordinary report that America has assured France that sue will enter a defensive alliance with Britain and France. A tentative agreement, he says, has already been reached between the three nations which probably will shortly be revealed by M. Clemp.nceau. The ' correspondent adds that the agreement provides that the American Congress will be asked to aid France in the event of an attack by Germany' by declaring the existence of a state of war.
