The Washington correspondent of the New York "Times" is informed that tho proposed United States naval trans-At-lantic flight will not start from Rock.iiv.iy Island- for Newfoundland until May. Probably two naval aeroplanes will leave Newfoundland simultaneously some time next month, going to tho Azores and thence to Portugal.
