SOLDIERS' GRAVES
FORM OF THE MEMORIALS. London, April 9. Lord Peel, replying in the House of Lords to the criticism that the individual wishes of relatives regarding the forni\of the memorials for soldiers graves'in France were disregarded, sajd that three special'cemeteries would shortly be completed. Particulars and photographs would be published, together with a. pamphlet by Sir Rudyard Kipling.. It was expected that after that tho criticism would be mitigated.
