Mr. Winston Churchill iWar Minister), in consequence of the vigorous criticism from all parties, withdrew the clause in the Army Bill under whioh statements nnd nets likely to prejudice the recruiting, training, and administration of tli3 Army will involve liability fo two years imprisonment.
